Abstract :
The noise and the vibration produced from hydraulic system of CNC machine tool seriously affect the normal use of CNC machine tool. The noise and the vibration are relatively complex problem in the diagnosis and elimination of CNC machine tool hydraulic technical failure. It is an effective way of replace the old-fashioned hydraulic pump with new type. the correct installation of the pump and the flow line can avoid the noise and the vibration resulting from the air inhalation in the return line under the rotation. Periodically cleaning reservoir, selecting moderate viscosity and good antifoam oil can avoid the noise and the vibration produced from hydraulic system. slower closure speed of directional control valve can effectively prevent the valve port from pressure shock because of sudden closure. The ways above provide the theoretical basis and practical method for the diagnosis and elimination of the noise and the vibration in CNC machine tool.
