    To solve the tricky problem of machining aspheric optical parts, a new aspheric surface processing method using cutting tool swinging method is proposed. With Spherical tool, in two-dimensional plane through tool´s rotation and swinging for machining to achieve on the workpiece, while enhancing device through each point of the tool feed direction is consistent with the normal direction points to ensure the processing of symmetry. Theoretical explanations are given for the new method, as well as theoretical verification using paraboloid as an example. Machine tool kinematics analysis is made under the given surface roughness. And in under the surface roughness which assigns to the engine bed carries on the movement analysis. The advantage of this new technology is confirmed.
