  • Abstract
    Automobile engine road running mode simulation test is an important method for making engine dynamic feature research. Automobile Engine Test Stand uses electric eddy current machine to simulate road running mode on automobile engine loading. Under various road running mode, power measurement system measures output power of engine chassis. The paper introduces working principle and composition of the test stand loading and power measurement system, analyzes design of power measurement and loading control circuit and programming of loading control system software detailed. Experiment and actual operation prove that the system has stable operation, accurate measurement data, reliable data transmission and good real-time control.
