    Measuring and calibrating the unbalance of the grinding wheel on-line is an important issue. The principle of measurement by utilizing the vibration signals to indicate the amount of grinding wheel unbalance is discussed theoretically. Also, the principle and method for the calibration of the unbalance amount is proposed.
