Abstract :
This article unifies the analysis and computation of vacuum booster characteristic curve, the auxiliary booster seal curve qualification appraisal, and takes this as the product design rationality judgment basis, then carries on the structural design to vacuum booster curve sealing property detector set, and using LabVIEW to develop application procedure of test system. This system analyzes the function and characteristic of curve seal detector set each building block. Finally through carrying on research and analysis to the Jieda ABS actual test value, it confirmed the practical application value of automobile vacuum booster curve sealing property examination bed.
