Abstract :
A novel integrated and reconfigurable true time delay line, which is based on a microfluidic actuation, is investigated. The engineering of a heterogeneous fluid, which is contained into a microfluidic channel, performs the tuning. The proposed tunable heterogeneous fluid is obtained by introducing microbeads with controllable concentration within a host liquid. Various time delays are consequently obtained, depending of microbeads´ concentration of the fluid.
