Abstract :
This paper presents the design and results of a cascoded GaAs LNA design for radio astronomy purposes. The LNA has been made in the OMMIC D007IH process. The paper describes the design and the measured results using an on-wafer tuner setup. In this paper we present extremely low noise figures with a good power match and the simulations and measurements are matching very well.
