  • Abstract
    This paper presents an original way to implement a wide band, low power, full-digital, linearized system for complex modulation transmitter. The circuit is devoted to all applications that require efficient amplification. It has been implemented in a 0.13 μm BiCMOS9 process, so simulation and experimental results are presented to validate the principle of the system.
