Abstract :
The properties of thermostable ferroelectric microwave capacitor on the base of two barium-strontium titanate film layers with different composition are presented. Temperature coefficient of capacitance about 10-4 K-1 is achieved. Calculated results of capacitance temperature dependence are in good agreement with the experimental data presented. Microwave parameters of capacitor are demonstrated also.
