    By analyzing the deficiency of the previous structural design of the guyed anchor. The essay studies the design optimiization of the guyed foundation of the transmission line repair tower. It designes the most safe, economical and rational foundation type through building mathematical optimization model using of existing design theory of tower, applying the matlab optimization toolbox, preparing to anchor structural optimization program. This optimization method can be widely used in the guyed foundation of the transmission line tower and it can play a significant economic effect and social benefits.
