Abstract :
In this paper, regards room No. of ward building as an example. specific study of the medical service robot on the principle of building identification. The whole process is divided into image preprocessing, image segmentation, character segmentation, character recognition, And raise an improved algorithm about character recognition based on BP neural network, which is proved in practice.
