Analysis of the turbulence variation is a difficult topic in the fluid research. For the purpose of obtaining accurate parameters of turbulence motion, tracing particles be equally-distributed scattered into the flow field to reflect the turbulence motion locus, after each particle´s movement has been shot in continuous time-points, thus their absolute spatial coordinates can be determined. Combining with theory of image light stream vectors, these tracing particles´ motion velocities and vectors in each instantaneous moment can be deducted. According to the given boundary conditions and k-ε differential equations the turbulence kinetic energy is calculated and its revised results are reached. Finally the direct measurement is used for verifying the calculated result´s accuracy and reliability. This experiment provides a new idea for following research of turbulence´s simulation and analogy.
