  • Abstract
In this paper, we discuss SIR epidemic models with vertical transmission and impulsive vaccination which may inherently oscillate. We obtain the conditions for which the epidemic elimination solution is globally asymptotically stable. On the other hand, by the impulsive bifurcation theory, we prove the existence of a stable positive periodic solution.
