Abstract :
In this paper, analyzed and compared are pressure and output characteristics of symmetrical valve controlled asymmetrical actuator and twin valves controlled one. Some essential static characteristics of valve controlled asymmetrical actuator are found. Twin three-way spool valve controlled asymmetrical actuator is developed to improve the ability of load carrier, to avoid such phenomenon as pressure abrupt change, cavitations and overpressure phenomena etc.. Load pressure, load flow and power characteristic of valve controlled asymmetrical actuator are discussed. Foundation is established for further study and developing power mechanism of valve controlled asymmetrical actuator.
