Studying the prediction of the ultimate bearing capacity. This paper discussed the local average kernel estimator and local polynomial kernel estimator in nonparametric regression model firstly. Then the nonparametric regression model of the bridge´s ultimate bearing capacity is built by using the direct plug-in bandwidth selectors, building. Finally, the model acquires higher accuracy estimate result and confidence interval.
