As the country´s largest state-owned farms and highest degree of mechanization in economic region, Heilongjiang reclamation area become the country´s major commodity grain production bases. Developing e-commerce system in Reclamation will greatly enhance the economic benefits, speed up by leaps of the reclamation. It will be greatly help to achieve the target, taking the lead to realize the biggest modernization agricultural, which centrality bring forward for reclamation. In this paper, based on Ministry of Agriculture launching the “Sunshine Project”, analyze existing problems, put forward the specific proposal and measures in developing the e-commerce system for agricultural products of reclamation.
