Abstract :
With the great urbanization and industrial development in the last centuries, soil pollution which posed great health hazards to humans and other life forms turns to be solved crucially. This paper focuses on the coding of the types and properties of soil environmental quality data (SEQD). With the processing of sampling, several types of data had been collected, especially, the investigated quality sample data, the investigated background sample data and the investigated key area sample data. By analyzing the samples, a coding manner that combines soil zoning code with soil profile code had been developed. Finally, an experimental study was made to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed solution.
