    Direct against the question of the agricultural structure of Haerbing, this text have set up the optimization model of the sustainable agricultural structure of this area after integrated survey of economy, ecology, society to optimize the model, utilize genetic algorithms improved to optimize the model, have offered the theoretical foundation for dependemand of Da Qing. The investigation has certain theories meaning of direction and praxis valuable application with regard to study and enact reasonable efficiency regulate policy of estate structure current, certainly promote to develop of sustain and high-speed about agriculture and countryside economy and raise peasant´s income.
