Abstract :
The concept and technological composition of aircraft assembling process oriented assembly field is presented, its key technologies are explored respectively, the assembling process database is built based on Oracle system, the method and the procedure of assembling process simulation and optimization are formulated, and the visualization technology concerned with all kinds of assembling process information as well. The technology is as a new digital manufacturing mode, which could be widely applied in aircraft assembly field. Its implementing results is remarkable proved its system platform test by actual example that the assembly cycle is shortened by 30-50%, and the assembly quality is improved greatly.
