Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This paper use grey theory to establish prediction model to forecast the volume of ports of coasts in beibu gulf in Guangxi. Since the access to statistical data of ports of coasts in beibu gulf in Guangxi, it is difficult to forecast using traditional method. Through establish the GM(1,1) model, this paper gives the predation on ports of coasts in beibu gulf in Guangxi, The predicted results show that the throughput growth faster in the next few years, and will achieve Historical breakthrough in 2015.
