Abstract :
In order to achieve the ranging location precision using the target localization algorithm by a guide source (GTL algorithm) with low signal-to-noise (SNR) rations Based on the theory of the GTL algorithm and the simulation result´s characteristic of the GTL algorithm in Low SNR Rations condition, a denoising processing method for the GTL algorithm using the Gabor filter method is proposed. The concept is illustrated via both simulation and analysis of data collected from an acoustic propagation experiment in South China Sea. The analytic results show that the ranging efficiency of the GTL algorithm is improved by the denoise processing using the field average method.
