In order to evaluate bridge structures´ bearing capacity quickly, the frequency coefficient method was proposed. The formula between frequency coefficient and deflection coefficient was established through stiffness based on theory, and it was revised by the statistics results of 173 samples. The rational range of frequency coefficient was built by regression equation based on the confirmed range of deflection coefficient, it was regarded as parameter to evaluate bridge bearing capacity, and its validity and rationality was proved by real constructions. The results show that the structure is secure and with safety margin when the frequency coefficient is greater than 1.105, the structure is dangerous when the frequency coefficient is less than 1.076, and the bearing capacity needs to be evaluated further when the coefficient is between1.105 and 1.076.
