Abstract :
A robust watermarking approach for hiding binary watermarks into digital images based on 2-D real-valued discrete Gabor transform (RDGT) is presented in this paper. First of all, the DCT-based 2-D RDGT and its fast algorithms are reviewed, and then, an efficient image watermarking scheme based on the RDGT is proposed. The proposed method embeds the watermark image into the max low frequency coefficients of the RDGT of original image. Experiments have been done to illustrate the efficiency and robustness of the proposed method to common attacks.
