Abstract
Based on the basic principle of cold forming, a dynamical node calculation model is established by spline finite strip method. Uncertain factors and specialist experiences in roll forming process are informationized highly to establish Multi-intelligence Agents. Then the dynamic task can be solved by intelligent Agent, which is more reasonable for dynamical node deformation. This work can provide theoretical guidance for pass design.
