Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Developed a image enhancement technology, Control the brightness of each image grid by image processing grid, And adjust the error diffusion algorithm expansion factor, Selection sub-field arrangement that can produce a stable discharge to display for a given sub-field coding in order to ensure the stability of discharge, Taking into account the image brightness distribution characteristics, Use multiple error diffusion factor selection threshold to set different sets of spreading factor, And applied to different image grid area, Further enhance the capability of low gray-level image display.
