Abstract :
With the informationization of mechanical devices, high precision sensors have been widely applied to all kinds of mechanical devices for the information gathering. However, as the sensors are produced by various research centers and manufacturers, there is a considerable difficulty in examining and identifying the sensors. In this article, A new intelligent analysis model based on BP+GA algorithms is presented to discover the corresponding relationships between its real data and the physical measuring appliance by analyzing the sensors´ sample set, in order to acquire the physical characteristics of the sensors as well as to examine and to identify them and their equipment. Further more, the analysis model can also be used to simulate the sensor data and to provide the debugging data for the application system in the simulation of the real environment when it is absent.
