Abstract :
In the network application environment of ArcGIS, the spatial data and rendering data of map elements are stored separately. Spatial data is stored in the geographic spatial database, while rendering data is stored in file format. So, when displaying the same ArcGIS spatial data to the multi-clients, there will be problem of rendering inconsistency on spatial data. Through the analysis on rendering data of ArcGIS elements, the decomposed rendering data can be transmitted into the data which can be stored together with spatial data, which realized the common storage and use of rendering data and spatial data, and solved the problem of rendering inconsistency when multi-client access to the same ArcGIS data. It also provided the implementation method in the .NET platform, using Oracle database and C# development language.
