Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
The non-smooth surface shape was generated on the bionic bit´s crown while the bionic bit was using. For selecting an optimal non-smooth ratio, the wear model of non-smooth surface was established, then the wear process was simulated by the finite element method. The results indicates that the equivalent stress of rock was increased by 34%, and the contact pressure of bionic bit was increased by 8.8%, and the contact friction was reduced by 61.4%; and the value of non-smooth ratio must be limited in a range, if not, the efficiency and life of bionic bit can´t be improved. In addition, the numerical analysis can guide the selection of non-smooth ratio to manufacture the bionic bit.
