  • Abstract
    In this paper we advance a MES function model which is fit for the manufacturing execution systems of flow manufacturing in our country. There are many defects of traditional manufacturing execution systems, such as being lack of flexibility, difficult to reconstruct and maintain. From software reusing perspective, we study the reconfigurable MES architecture and relevant software component reused technology. We use open, extensible and reconfigurable MES platform software framework and component acquirement technique to lay the foundation of reconfigurable manufacturing execution system platform function hierarchy structure, and we design and impliment the system. The system is running in a factory and is manifested that the functional modules meet the needs of practical application and solve the problem of being lack of adaptability and reconstruction in traditional manufacturing execution systems.
