With the increasing intensify of manufacture globalization, outsourcing strategy has attracted more and more attention in recent years. While outsourcing is a complex process, improper strategy pathway will provide formidable barriers against firm´s performance. Employing the core competency theory, this paper systematically investigates the firm´s outsourcing strategy design and operation model. Meanwhile, it gives a comprehensive analysis on the relationship between core competency and outsourcing strategy choosing. We hope it can provide effective theory support for enterprise to acquire sustainable competitive advantage.
