    This paper mainly engaged in eukaryotic cells, three-dimensional model constructed through the cell model algorithm design, through the cell organelles physiological characteristics and the physiological characteristics, application of OpenGl graphics libraries tools so as to establish a complete a three-dimensional model of eukaryotic cells.
