Abstract :
Aiming at the characteristic of the 6-DOF serial robot, a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system was designed and realized. The principle of the system and its architecture were introduced first, then a server/client mode is designed to achieve remote control and intelligent fault diagnosis, the work cycle and the main functions of server and client system were given also, finally, through client operations, the remote motion control, real-time transmission and display were accomplished.
