An improvement of Newsboy model based on two mutable prices and its genetic algorithm

In this article based on the Newsboy model, we consider the variable unit purchase price and the variable recovery value or deal price according to practical considerations, then we can rebuild new models to the stochastic inventory problem. For the new model can not be solved by the derivative theory, we manage to use the basic genetic algorithms to solve the problem first in this paper, then we have made some improvements according to some of the features of this problem and combining the genetic algorithms with some search theory.
