Abstract :
Aimed at the inner diameter measuring of the profiled tube, introduces a kind of robot which can measure the inner diameter of deep hole. Analyzes the principle of the measuring, discussing the error source, and giving the resolvent to avoid the error. Because of the center of the robot is not coincidence with the tube axial line, the measuring error can not be ignored, analyzing the error characteristic and establishing the mathematical model, the parameter of model can be calculated by the means of at least square method. Then the validity of the mathematical model is validated by the experiment.
