After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The successful implement of enterprise informatization, realize the unified management for the reception, distribution and store of material, greatly improve the accuracy and timeliness of statistics for the logistics information of enterprise. Meanwhile, the introduction of intelligent barcode system, largely solve the problems such as easy to make a mistake by hand, record bill not seasonable, low efficiency in recording bill, irregular figure number and difficult in quality trace, etc. the paper will carry out the research on the monitoring for the logistics and production process of auto parts enterprise form intelligent barcode system. while integrate the intelligent barcode system with the existing ERP system at enterprise, gradually perfect the material management of enterprise, process management of production, storage management and distribution management; help enterprise to reduce funds of stock, effectively control the cost of material, and improve the logistics efficiency of enterprise.
