Abstract :
Processing modeling of 3D architectural design should be based on the characteristics of architecture. Problem of making hole on wall is solved by data processing which is different from general 3D solid modeling system. This paper discusses the method of “Attach” and normal flip to simulate the Boolean operation on based definition of multiple rings on regular bounded surface. In rendering, the transparency of pixel is decided through judging whether the point of intersection ray with wall face is inside window, so that effect of window hole is represented.
