Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a new development method for highly reliable real-time hardware-in-loop simulation platform of aero-engine. By using a CPU model-based hardware/sofeware co-simulation technique, the cost of the simulation platform can be reduced in a large extent. The notable feature of this hardware-in-loop simulation platform is that it enables control design validation, robustness evaluation of the controller, control algorithms optimization and reveals potential problems. Finally, this platform has been build and some experiments have been presented to verified the practicability of our method.
