The Operation Characteristic analysis is one of the most important parts in Quality Inspection. However, the current quality inspection method system lacks a quantitative evaluation index and it only suits for single-factor-analysis of sampling plan. Based on a kind of intercept, a feasible evaluation index for operation characteristic curve is proposed in this paper. Then, the intercept based evaluation method is implemented for the method of Single-Sampling-by-Attributes. The simulation result shows that the method is feasible and efficient. Thus, the quantitative evaluation of operation characteristic is made possible and the quantitative multivariable united evaluation can also be carried on.
