Abstract
Cylindrically helical spring is a wide used mechanical part in the modern industry, but conventional examine method has some limitations. The newly designed spring´s computer controlling examinable system examines the state of springs by measuring three parameters, the free height, the maximum height of operating load and the height of maximum examination dead load. According the value of height that recorded from the experiment whether at the domain of the standard deviation to judge the spring eligibility or not.
