A new cleaning technology based on abrasive flow machining about removing the copper stains on the inner wall of steel tube is presented in this paper. Automatic cleaning mechanism and automatic cleaning system setup are designed, and then the principle of cleaning technology force model is analyzed in detail. The suitable technique parameters of the cleaning technology are selected. An application sample is presented. Experiments indicated that roughness is decreasing 50 percent after cleaned by AFM and reaches the requirement of technology.
