Abstract
Communication network is evolved from the traditional single-oriented business network for the voice transmission to the next generation integrated service network for data, voice and video. The core idea of the next generation network is the business-driven, and it needs to separate between the transmission and the service, the transmission and the control. The traffic model structure is discussed under the control of service in the next generation network; meanwhile, the application of the WFQ is also expressed in IP mobile network. The level of WFQ is defined according to the application type, IP protocol, the entrance and the interface. WFQ is used to ensure that the bandwidth doesn´t be completely occupied so as to guarantee the realization of different service level.
