  • Abstract
    The modeling for three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation considering the terrain has been the problem in the numerical calculation of engineering. The application in the digital terrain model is proposed base on the radial basis function neural network in this paper. Combing super-element mesh automatic generation method, the automatic generation of calculation mesh is constructed in the finite element model of hydraulic structure with complex three-dimensional terrain. The results show that the finite element mesh can reflect the topographic variations by this method and mesh shape is better, it provides good basis condition for finite element calculation.
