  • Abstract
    This paper described the FI-CDM Discharge Waveform simulation methodology and results. Several standards are published for CDM. The result of measurement varies depending on which standard is used, but CDM theory should be universal. If we can simulate CDM waveforms for each standard, the difference of measurement result can be estimated without actual measurement. In this paper, simulation results of the influence of parameters for CDM waveform is shown, by changing parameters including parasitic effect of the discharge circuit in FI-CDM.
