Abstract :
Unified Communications is the integration of real-time communication services, such as: instant messaging, presence indication, standard telephony, IP-telephony, video conferencing and off-line services of communication (voice mail, e-mail and SMS). The report will examine the basic characteristics of unified communications systems, their benefits, layered structure, as well as the proposed solution for implementation on the example of the existing information structure.
