Abstract :
A systematical approach to formation of cell libraries (PDKs) of MMIC is presented. Also, a procedure allowing automatic MMIC layout generation for specified foundry process is developed in Microwave Office (MWO) CAD tool. These results are used in developing of a pilot version of PDK for 0.15 μm pHEMT/mHEMT GaAs process.
