Abstract
Summary represents the development results of the small-size magnetostatic spin waves-based PBF devices with the frequency range from 3.0 to 18.0 GHz and the out-of-band blocking level of more than 60 dB. Dependence of the filtering devices parameters vs. a distance between the transmitting and receiving antennas has been studied of the coplanar converters, and on the operating band. Two types of the magnetic systems (MS) have been developed, which allowed constructing single-resonator and double-resonator PBF devices with minimal overall sizes. The advantages and disadvantages of the double-resonator filtering devices have been shown in comparison with the single-resonator filtering devices.
