Abstract :
Physically implemented functions are used for description of a signal. Modules of spectral concentrations of a signal and basic functions coincide. Orthogonalization method of basic functions by means of determination of weight function is considered. Formulas for expression of quantity of degrees of freedom of signals and communication bandwidth are determined. The possibility of elimination of intersymbol and interchannel interference is showed.
