Abstract :
The methods of radio thermal and radio wave investigations in free space of parameters of dielectric materials are considered and separate results of measurements are shown. Sounding was carried out on the basis of estimation of power of proper radiated radio thermal signals, and also signals from the outside source passed through the object of research and reflected from it.
