Abstract
The problem of implementation of the miniature on-board velocity sensors for articles´ drop at rather strict restrictions on the size and mass of apparatuses as well as on the power consumption is solved using the autodyne oscillator on Gunn diode. In this paper the sense of the technical solutions is revealed in brief and the construction description for two offered devices is given, which were successfully applied at the ground articles´ testing.
