Abstract :
The experimental research of temperature dependence of multilayered carbon nanotubes conductivity (MCNT) included as a component of epoxy resin composites have been performed at the frequency band from 0.1 to 6 GHz. Two mechanisms with different activation energy influence on the temperature dependence of carbon nanotubes conductivity.
